Alec Bradley Burner Lighter

I purchased the burner about six months ago and my initial impression was that I had finally found a table top lighter that I loved. But after about 4 months the flame began to loose its intensity and now it will not light at all. I have only used the the fluid recommended (Lucienne Butane). I plan to contact the good folks at Alec Bradley and find out if they have remedy for my lighter that is no longer functional.
