Oliva has constantly made one of the best products in the cigar industry since their introduction in the 1990s. Oliva has stated that they've lacked a milder Connecticut wrapper cigar for quite some time. However, because the reserve wrapper on the Connecticut blend has been aged properly and blended by a master blender you can expect nothing by the best of flavors and construction. As stated before, Oliva gave in to the wishes of the cigar industry in producing a milder cigar.
